ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
Starts at 4 p.m.
RESERVATIONS NOT NEEDED FOR MEETING
You will need your membership card to vote in the elections!
The Members Meeting is held in conjunction with the quarterly
meeting of the Board of Directors. Elections for the Board will begin after the Board’s business has been conducted. Candidates will be nominated by members present who will then vote to fill six 3-year term positions on the Board as well as any empty/interim positions.
The Members Meeting ends after the elections are conducted.
The new Board is then sequestered to elect MSSA officers
and to set the next four quarters’ board meeting dates.
THE MSSA AWARDS DINNER IS AT 6 PM, SAME LOCATION!
There is normally a break between the meeting and dinner.
See dinner details on right.
MSSA AWARDS DINNER
Starts at 6 p.m.
RESERVED SEATING ONLY – NO “WALK-INS”
Dinner costs $20 per person.
Enjoy a great meal with great friends!
Activities include door prizes and silent auctions!
There will also be the M1 Garand drawing!
(Tickets required to enter M1 drawing.)
